Golf tournament pledge sheet template

A pledge sheet is the card a golfer carries for per-hole or per-putt asks, plus the log you use to collect after 18. It is not a registration form and it is not a hole-sponsor invoice. Use the table below as-is: print it, or copy it into a sheet.

Most golf templates online are signup forms. The gap is a card that separates pledged from paid, and a collector who is not also taking scores.

How to run it without losing money

• One collector. Not the scoring marshal. Not the person planting hole signs.
• Pledged vs paid. A name on hole 7 is a promise. Mark Paid only when money moved.
• Flat or per-hole, not both on the same line.
• Do not mix registration. Foursome fees live on the event page. This card is extra asks during the round.
• Rain: if you cancel after nine, collect what is marked paid and void the rest in writing.

Where the money should land

If you take cards, send them to the event’s connected Stripe account rather than a volunteer’s Venmo. Puttfor checkout sends guest gifts to that connected account.
