Email preferences

We only send transactional email.

Puttfor is not a marketing list. The only messages we send are tied to an event you are part of or a purchase you made: receipts, confirmations, and account notices from our providers.

Receipts and payment notices

Stripe sends the payment receipt for a purchase or gift on behalf of the host. If you need a refund or a copy of a receipt, reach out to the host through the event page, or contact us at privacy@matterunknown.com and we will help route it.

Event confirmations

Sign-in and event confirmation emails come from the host’s event, or from our authentication provider. To stop receiving them, ask the host to remove you from the team or volunteer list, or delete your Puttfor sign-in.

Something unexpected?

If you received email that looks like Puttfor marketing, forward it to privacy@matterunknown.com. We will look into it and, if it came from us, make sure it stops.
